The LTX is a lightweight, compact structural fire helmet built for extreme conditions. It has been re-engineered to give more headroom and comfort in a low-profile design.
Tough and durable
The outer shell is made of the same high-heat Ultem thermoplastic used in Bullard PX fire helmets and thermal imagers, giving high impact and penetration resistance. The patented nylon impact cap works like a traditional impact cap, helping protect against falling objects and heat rise, with a smooth, easy-to-clean surface.
NFPA approved
The LTX exceeds NFPA 1971, Standard on Protective Ensemble for Structural Fire Fighting and Proximity Fire Fighting, for structural fire helmets.
Quick, easy sizing
The LTX is designed for balance, comfort, stability and compatibility with respiratory equipment. The Bullard Sure-Lock ratchet headband has a quick-turning sizing knob and a three-position height adjuster for a personalised fit. A leather ratchet cover is standard.
Eye protection
The helmet comes standard with the Quick-Attach Blade system, which lets the wearer press a blade-mounted face shield or blade-mounted goggles on or off instantly, without changing components. A 4″ face shield is standard. ESS FirePro and Inner Zone goggles are available as options.
Easy maintenance
The LTX has fewer components, which makes maintenance easy and keeps the total cost of ownership low. Mould-formed face shields reduce stress cracking and last longer.
Comfort and protection
The patented Bullard M-PACT shell with SmartRidge design provides thermal and impact protection while giving more headroom for a comfortable fit.
