Product Overview

Certified to NFPA 1991 Edition 2016 for chemical and hazmat cleanup, emergency response and domestic preparedness. Made of a special polymer material, this boot meets the protective footwear chemical permeation requirements of NFPA 1991, the Standard on Vapor-Protective Ensembles for Hazardous Materials Emergencies. It has also been tested to Military Standard 282 and protects against certain chemical warfare blister and nerve agents.

It also meets ASTM F2413, the Standard Specification for Performance Requirements for Protective (Safety) Toe Cap Footwear.

Ideal applications: chemical and hazmat cleanup. Chemical resistance: hazardous waste (see the ASTM F1001 and MIL-STD-282 listings in the chemical permeation datasheet).
