Product Overview

DuPont™ Tyvek® 600 Plus combines Type 4 performance with the comfort of a nonwoven suit. It is a robust yet lightweight hooded coverall (under 250 g per garment) with stitched and over-taped seams that offer the same barrier as the fabric.

The hood shape and elastic are designed for a tight fit around a full face respirator, and a self-adhesive chin flap seals the suit to the mask. Tunnelled elastics at the cuffs, ankles and face help reduce the risk of contamination, there is a glued-in waist elastic, and elasticated thumb loops stop sleeves riding up.

Applications include maintenance and dismantling jobs in the nuclear industry, pharmaceutical manufacturing, research and biosecurity laboratories, medical applications and work with biological hazards.
